    Take the photos when you arrive. This checklist is for problems with your accommodation during a posting. The pictures are the evidence of what the accommodation was like on arrival — take them with your phone before you unpack, even if nothing looks wrong yet.

    Required. Take pictures of the accommodation with your phone — the rooms, the kitchen, the bathroom, and anything that is wrong. Up to 8 files, 5 MB each.
