Accommodation Checklist

This form is to be used if you have an issue with your accommodation during your posting. Please fill in the checklist below and make sure that you take images of the accommodation when you arrive.

Note that fields marked with * is required fields and must be filled in. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

    Do you have your own room? *

    Are there multiple people living in the same accommodation? *

    Do you have access to an equipped kitchen? *

    Do you have access to bath and toilet? *

    Do you have working wifi? *

    How far is the accommodation from the workplace in km? *

    Do you find the accommodation clean upon arrival? *

    Important - please take pictures with your phone of the accommodation when you arrive and upload them below.

    If you rather want to fill in a paper form, please download the checklist below. Print it out, fill it in and scan/take a picture of it and send it to your contact person together with the images from the accommodation that you have taken.
