If you would like to resign as a member in Dolphin, you can notify your resignation by the resignation form below.

Please select the corresponding form of the country you are a member of. Right click on the pdf button and choose “Save as…” to download the form. Print it out and fill it in, then scan it and send the form to us by email once filled in and signed.
